These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rebulk's website, platform, hardware, and services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Rebulk provides bulk inventory measurement and monitoring through a combination of hardware (cameras, LiDAR sensors), drone capture services, and a web-based software platform. Services are provided under individual customer agreements that may include additional terms.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe and reasonable access to sites where hardware is deployed
- Ensure authorized personnel manage account access and credentials
- Use the platform and data in compliance with applicable laws
- Not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Rebulk platform
Hardware & Deployment
Rebulk hardware deployed at customer sites remains the property of Rebulk unless otherwise specified in a customer agreement. Customers are responsible for not tampering with or intentionally damaging deployed equipment.
Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of their inventory data. Rebulk is granted a license to process this data solely to provide and improve our services. We will not share customer data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Rebulk provides inventory measurements as estimates based on sensor data and computer vision. While we strive for accuracy, measurements should not be used as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions. Rebulk's liability is limited to the fees paid for the applicable service period.
Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable customer agreement. Upon termination, Rebulk will provide a reasonable period for data export and will remove deployed hardware in a timely manner.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to customers via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
