Rebulk operates one transactional text message program. It exists for a single purpose: giving the driver assigned to a load the link they need to complete a seal verification before they leave the site. There is no marketing program on these numbers, and there never will be.
Who receives messages
Only drivers and carrier personnel — today, primarily truck drivers — who have been dispatched to a specific load at a site operated by a Rebulk customer. A driver is texted about the load they are assigned and nothing else. We do not message the general public, and we do not share these numbers with anyone.
What we send
One message shortly before the pickup window, and — only if nothing has been submitted — one follow-up after it closes. Typically one or two messages per assigned load.

Each message opens with the name of the site the driver is hauling for, because that is the name they recognize. The examples above show the default.
How consent is obtained
The site operator dispatching the driver obtains consent from that driver, and records it in the Rebulk web application before any message can be sent. An authorized operator must read and confirm the written statement below. Until it is confirmed the send control is disabled and Rebulk will not text any driver for that organization.
Rebulk records who confirmed the statement, when, and which version of the wording they agreed to. Withdrawing the confirmation switches the messages off immediately.
Driver text message consent
- We have obtained consent from each driver whose mobile number we provide to Rebulk to receive automated text messages about the loads they are assigned.
- We understand these messages are transactional only — a seal-verification link for a specific load — and that Rebulk never sends marketing or promotional texts to these numbers.
- We understand a driver may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving these messages, and that Rebulk honors that request automatically.
- We understand drivers typically receive one or two messages per assigned load, and that message and data rates may apply.
- We are authorized to provide these mobile numbers to Rebulk for this purpose.
I confirm the above on behalf of my organization.
Where the confirmation appears
The statement is shown under Settings → Driver reminders. The send control stays disabled until it is confirmed.

How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Opt-outs are honored automatically and suppress all further messages to that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at founders@rebulk.com.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on how many loads a driver is assigned.
